Rochester guy will get 25 years to existence for deadly beating with liquor bottle


A Rochester guy who fatally beat any other guy to dying with a liquor bottle was once sentenced Friday to twenty-five years to existence.
A jury in October convicted Joshua Ross, 26, of first-degree manslaughter for the murder of 20-year-old Zaquan Jackson.
Ross assaulted Jackson with the liquor bottle on Aug. 23, 2000, on the nook of Jefferson Road and Bartlett Side road, in keeping with the District Lawyer’s Place of business.
